Causal Anomalies are a commodity that drops from higher end Red Rogue enemies, such as Red Rogue Reavers & Captain Redbeard.

Alongside a few others, it is a requisite item for a Paxian Foothold mission that rewards a set of Junior Operative Augmenters.

It is also a material for the Redbeard's Rogue Blueprint.

This commodity Always Drops on death, so players hunting Red Rogues should be mindful about the risk of dropping and potentially losing Causal Anomalies from being overwhelmed by Kalthi Depths enemies, or by player pirates.
