Your Focus in Reconnaissance. Recon Focus Gives Light Fighters: +10% Agility & Thrust, +5% Radar, +1% Capacity. +5% Agility & Thrust on other ships. +10% Docking Speed on all ships.
Allows you to train in either Seer Class or Speed Demon Class at the Locus of Recon.
This skill is trainable in Lyceum after doing the Specialization Missions
