Learning curve.. heh..

Modelled after an Ancient Greek school and training facility (see here), the Lyceum galaxy is a center for knowledge and learning developed by the peace-loving and exploration-oriented Paxian race.

By collecting various blueprints to supply the Lyceum library, you will be rewarded with Honorary Mentions, and at higher levels, Honorary Diplomas in recognition of your scholarly efforts. These may be used to train the Infinite Knowledge skill, required to access certain bases in the Lyceum with higher level content. Honorary Mentions and Diplomas can also be exchanged for blueprints of highly advanced technology that often require Infinite Knowledge to use!

Lyceum contains special bases that house missions and items for each secondary and tertiary skill (such as expertise augs, the Berserker Class-only Thanar's Astral Fire, and Support Focus-only Merchant Shield Poltices). There are many secrets to Lyceum and a great deal of content to be unlocked. It is a must see for all mid to high level players, if only to see the Guardian!

This galaxy also contains the entryway to Platonic Academy, Serengeti Blockade & The Acropolis.

In the October 2008 universe Lyceum became locked for all player level 20 and under. Recently, it has been unlocked, and is now available to the general public.
