Empyreal Fragment

Empyreal Fragments are a commodity dropped from various Empyreal AI in Celestial Encampment, and roaming throughout Kalthi Depths. They are used to build Empyreal Alloys and Empyreal Steels, the foundational materials for many Tech 23 modules and items, as well as some turn-ins at Celestial Encampment.

5 Empyreal Fragments can also be turned in via a daily mission for 2 Temporal Permits, which allows players to obtain and unlock subsequent turn-ins of various Tech 23 module blueprints.

Empyreal Fragments cannot be put into the Storage Locker, and will decay when the universe resets.
