The Pax Celestica is a tech 12 Support Freighter obtained through the Paxius mission chain in which you explore many galaxies. These galaxies include Lavanite, XYZ, IQ Bana, and Deflector, among others.

They can also be obtained by a mission found in Mira, for killing the Urqa that the Paxians have trapped.

They spawn inside Paxius, 2 every 10-15 minutes. They cannot be captured, but may be Rad-Exed (citation needed).
