Whiskey Outpost

Whiskey Outpost is the staging area for the Whiskey Outpost! mission and is located off Cadet Academy. This is where cadets go to unwind after a long day of work.
This galaxy generates an aura which increases Damage by +100 and Shield Recharge by +150, this only affects player ships.
