Ismail

Ismail is the leader and CEO of East Vindia Trading Co. He gives newcomers to the trading game missions to prepare them for a life of mercantile endeavors. When he leaves the safety of the dock, one can clearly see that he is level 150.
He is the proud sponser of the NCC-Bulk and has a special aura giving a bonus of +50 cargo, lasting 600 seconds, or 10 minutes (affected by neurotweaking). His retrofitted version of the NCC-Bulk, the NCC-Special, contains a full complement of Gigantic gear. His mortal enemy is the infamous Pirate Maboule. Ismail and Maboule both spawn in East Vindia every 15 minutes if killed.
