The Cruiser is a rare light fighter ship that can be captured in Handel's Cove. Although it boasts decent qualities, the cruiser is almost never seen in player possession.

They are relatively inexpensive to setup, and large swarms of them can be a difficult force to contend with. Large groups of cruisers effectively had no weakness as nothing can withstand the fast attack rate of a mob of well setup cruisers. Adding a pyrite augmenter to the cruiser significantly reduces electricity issues from the rate of fire bonus.

Not to be confused with the larger Earthforce Cruiser.
