Pax Celesticas are used by DMs or as Slaves and are obtained through the Paxius Mission chain where you have to explore many galaxies, from Lavanite to Lunacy and IQ Bana. In Paxius 2 of these spawn every 10 to 15 minutes. Not Capturable.
