AI team consisting of low-leveled ships, including Zebucarts, Volcoms, Wingships, Roswells, Bulk Traders and the signature Phunka.dll vehicles.

They sometimes travel in a convoy of five or six. Singular ships and large packs of ten or more can be found throughout the game as well. Star-Runner units are relatively weak; however, there is one uber AI ship on the team known as the S.R. Express 4493.

AI on Star-Runners seem to have normal and "express" versions. These "express" versions seem to have minor augmenters equipped while the normal versions may not.

When attacked, the number of Star-Runner ships may swell to 20 or more, tearing through the would-be pirate's shields. However, most buccaneers can find isolated ships and quickly decimate them.
