The Volcom Testing Grounds is where the newly recruited pirates flying Applicant's Volcom's prove themselves in battle and where Supplicant's Volcom's do there business, this is also where a new player spawns if that player has selected to become a Volcom Pirate.
This is also where the entrance to the Mutara Nebula dungeon is.
