Some ships can only be had if you capture them using a Prismatic Conversion and the Remote Control skill.

AI Ships Once Available For Capture But No Longer

Most of the above ships could only be captured if they had a capacity augmenter of the highest tech available for the ship, or in the case of the Beta Monster, two. This requirement ensured their rarity, as the AI had to be camped multiple times (sometimes for weeks) before the luck of the random augmenter selection allowed them to be captured. Copperlings were a special case, and only entered the game via a bugged AI station.
