The Envelopment Device IV is a device that is inbuilt on a Wingship IV and Wingship IV+. 
It requires 900 energy and charges at 30.0 energy/second, it creates an Envelopment V barrier that blocks shots that aren't ethereal over 90 distance in diameter. How long the barrier lasts will depend on how much damage it can take, it will disappear after 80 seconds.
