Do item form GSAs actually drop? I remember people telling me they do, and seen one displayed at a shop, but no one could confirm that they do.

They used to drop, rarely, but I am not sure if they still do or not. I have never seen one drop, but I have seen them in shops, as well as hearing from a trusted source that they dropped occasionally.
