Lord Mulligan

Lord Muligan is an uber who has a small chance of spawning when you kill the Zebucarts who roam Perilous and EF space. He flies a level 4000ish Mulligan's Zebu Titan, and is on the team Zebucarmada.
He has a extremely powerful tractor beam which lowers your speed, and a chance to dodge attacks. He spawns zebucops to aid him.
