Calypso

Calypso is the Director of team Olympus, and one of the most legendary (according to some addicted to mind altering drugs) figures in Star Sonata. Known for his inane and often pointless comments interlaced with almost genius doses of glib and wit, as well as his characteristic Emperor's Behemoth, he is rarely a force to be seriously reckoned with. Self-proclaimed 'High Priest of the Adumites, Templar-General of the Jihadi and Holder of the Holy Relics', one might often stumble upon his rants concerning the violent and vengeful actions of his deity, the original developer, adum. These tirades often result in a very one-sided assault on the system of his mortal enemy, Bizman of team pantalones. As of this date, Calypso has never done more than just die a lot and then claim to be resurrected by his god. This finally resulting in literally hundreds of deaths, him calling it a day, postponing the carnage he claims will occur, and begging for mercy at the hands of his tormentors. The reason for his blood feud with Bizman is shrouded in mystery, but the vendetta's battlecry is at least known.

Calypso is also known to horde one of the largest bankrolls in the history of the game, to have the most Emperor wins under his belt, as well as being the creator of the Calypso Augmenter and the Emperor's Behemoth. He is the 13th Star Sonata character created.
