As far as I know, this ship sometime give : - Random minor augs - Pirate crest (needed for the Cadet missions in cadet training area

It should be also good to say that theses ship (because of there inbuilt mod that give +50% DMG and the fact thay have a Volcom pulse that hurt a lot) are very hard to kill at the same level (5).

Those under lvl 12 who are willing to kill those will need either a strong shield and energy resistance or a long-ranged weapon and a max speed over 75.

Done. And also, they do not have volcom's pulses; they use the Arcadian versions. Also, Simon, can you add the outlaw's volcom to the spreadsheet list of player ships? ~ Gamer
