Yeah, the level names list got completely redone, someone should update it. I am in school now, and I do not know most of them, so I can't.

Also, what is the highest player lvl, again, not admin...

It changes as content comes out and as people level, offhand i think the uz emp is like level 5k, there are players at around level 4100ish atm. -

Actually its insanely outdated but a list of the titles and levels isn't available currently. Perhaps someone should fetch one.. somewhere
