I'm pretty sure that this is just a regular drop, i have one, so it cant be all that rare. and look at the page for Furtherance, if i get a bit more discussion about this, im just gonna have it redirect to the Weapons#Laser Weapons page

Oh, I didn't notice there was already info about it, sorry. When I searched for it, I didn't get anything, so I decided it was special enough to warrent it's own page. Go ahead and delete this, then, I guess, sorry about it.
