He takes a moment to look you straight in the eye, without moving or blinking a single time. "While I personally don't agree with their decision, it isn't mine to make. Therefore, you will carry out assignments to collect reconnaissance, steal materials, assassinate key targets, and wage a clandestine war with the Red Rogues. Normally I wouldn't assign these tasks to outsiders, but I am needed for much more sensitive operations." After a brief glance away from his viewscreen, he looks back at you.
