This level 350 Seer spawns for the mission Virus Injection. He is level 350 and attempts to infect a Virus Transmission Test Target with a virus. He flies a Brenton's Sidhe and spawns in Lyceum. He respawns every 2.5 minutes but despawns after 2 minutes.
