Help Chat

Help Chat is a place for new players to ask for help on how to play the game. This includes game controls and game mechanics. It does not not include missions, money, leveling, or any other kind of assistance not dealing with game mechanics. In a similar manner to Trade Chat, any comments out of line with the purpose of the channel are subject to muting by Moderators.

Currently only players under level 100, Greeters, Moderators, and Admins can speak in Help Chat and see the text presented. All others see only a blank chat and their comments are not posted to the chat.
