Speed Demon

The name says it all, racing past in their ships that would normally lag behind and blazing past in thier ships that already pass you. This skill costs 10 skill poins per level up to 20 and gives per level, +3% speed, +4% firing rate, and +10% docking speed. Fighter ace and piloting skill are prerequisite for this skill.
