Skill learned at Lyceum that allows you to use advanced technology, such as factories for making modules, as well as neurotweaks from The Serengeti. It also allows you to dock in the three Lyceum bases surrounding the main one. Skill point cost is equal to the level you wish to train, e.g. 1 SP for training level 1, 17 SP for training level 17. It takes 210 SP to level the skill from 1 to 20.
