An Augmenter Condenser builds the next higher lvl of a type of augmenter out of 2 of a particular augmenter. For example, a Minor Nimbleness Augmenter Condenser will take 2 Minor Nimbleness Augmenters and turn them into a single Basic Nimbleness Augmenter.
