In Star Sonata Neuro Tweaking makes Neuro Tweaks have 2% more effectiveness per level trained in this skill. It can be trained to level 50 in Sol at Sai's Retreat. Its skill point cost is equal to the desired level.

Tweaks used on bases apply the NT level of the base owner not the tweak user.
