Envelopment Device II

The Envelopment Device is a device that is inbuilt on a Wingship II, Wingship II+ and Wingship II Pro. 
It requires 300 energy and charges at 10 energy/second, it creates an Envelopment III barrier that blocks shots that aren't ethereal over 90 distance in diameter. How long the barrier lasts will depend on how much damage it can take, it will disappear after 60 seconds.
