Inbuilt device on the Volcom, Volcom+, Mini Volcom and Outlaw's Volcom. 
Requires 10 energy to use and charges at 0.5 energy/second, creates a Ion Salvation aura which gives +40 energy charge for 7 seconds, but uses 40 shields per use.
