Paxian Salvation is a device that is inbuilt on the Paximinus (Ship) 
It requires 100 energy and charges at 3.3 energy/second, it creates a paxian salvation aura that gives +25 shield charge for 13 seconds and +50% resistances to all for 12 seconds.
