Client 2

A new version of Star Sonata featuring 3d ships but still with more or less 2d gameplay.

The project faces incredible criticism from the Star Sonata community over its apparant "easy to fix flaws" such as missing graphics or broken radar interfaces.

A large amount of the Developer team was dedicated to creating and releasing this, and its original date was sometime this Fall. However, when the economy collapsed, the Dev team was pulled to updating Client 1. With the economy somewhat recovering, the future of Client 2 (Or C2) as it is common called, is unclear at the moment. The current release date, specified by Aurora Ex Machina on the Forums was around October 2011.
