Shielding Wisdom

Shielding Wisdom adds +3% Max Shielding per level, for 50 Skill Points per level. This skill requires Quantitative Shielding Ore Fragments to train, which is built with the Quantitative Shielding Ore Fragment Blueprint. This only affects your main ship.
