Cybernetic Targeting

Cybernetic Targeting adds +1% Critical Hit Percentage and Critical Hit Strength per level, for 25 Skill Points per level. This skill requires Cyborg Eyes to train, which is built with the Cyborg Eye Blueprint. This only affects your main ship.
