Weighted Combat Bonus

For each level in Drone Mastery skill, your drones will gain a weighted combat bonus equal to:
- 0.5%: Damage (up to 10.5% at 21)
- 1%: Recovery, Energy Regeneration, Visibility, Rate of Fire, and Range (21% at 21)
- 1.5%: Energy, Shield Bank, and Tracking (31.5% at 21)
- 3%: Radar Strength (63% at 21)
- Offensive ops currently affect Damage, Firing, and Tracking
- Defensive ops currently affect Shield, Recovery and Radar
- Everlasting ops affect Energy, Elec and Range
- General ops affect All
