09.09R.068LO.2841SO:03.22Z, Zaphragi High Command: Resistance has been higher than expected, and hostiles have initiated a counter-attack. Primary defense fleet is required to activate full alert and tighten the perimeter to prevent incursions into Zaphragi sectors. Casuality limits have been increased to 0.15%. Subcommanders are still under the jurisdiction of High Command code 0373.8. Any squadron suffering casualities higher than the 0.15% limit will be justly punished. All supply ships will now be required to travel in convoys with full fighter escort by direct order of High Vizir na Qarg. Supply ships pilots found disobeying this direct command will be punished with extreme prejudice. Due to the circumstances, all shore leave is prohibited until further notice.
