Serpica is a star system with one AI controlled star base known as Scale Center. This galaxy, being owned by the AI team Slither, is unbuildable. Slither's AI station here, being extremely far from the galaxy's single wormhole, has made many pilots wonder why anyone would visit this very out of the way base. Seeming a place for only reclusive scientists like Max Planck, or madmen or even fools, many pilots simply pass this locale on their way to bigger and better places. But for those who do take the time to stop, the rewards speak for themselves.
