The Port IonCannon and Starboard IonCannon and weapon devices that are inbuilt onto the Helga and Helga+. 
They require 200 energy and charge at 20.0 energy/second. They create 4x burst-fire IonCannon shots which deal 96 energy damage per shot (384 all together).
Because they are two different devices they can be activated seperately, the starboard device shoots towards the right and the port device shoots towards the left.
