New Uber, drops Prawn Buleprint instead of Vigilante.
Found in Kidd's Cove, off Maxwell's Purchase.
Uses: Lion Incinerators, Sweeny Todd's Razor, and some unknown pulse gun.
He has a very powerfull tractor with about 1800 range iirc.
He also has a pain in the ass PWI.
