Tractor Subskills

Tractor Power increases the strength of tractors (4 skill points per level, requires same level in Tractoring).

Tractor Range increases the range of tractors (4 skill points per level, requires same level in Tractoring).

Tractor Efficiency increases the efficiency of tractors, reducing the amount of energy required at a given range (4 skill points per level, requires same level in Tractoring).

Each level of the subskill changes 10% of the stat the skill is meant to.
