Doktor Kolbaldstein pilots a special Giant Goblin, armed with Bucanneer's Cutlasses and Condemmed Jade Ion lasers. He also emits an aura that cuts player's energy banks by half. He is accompanied by 4 Goblin guards.

He is primarily killed for Infernal Tempest Missions for the Constable player ship.
