Low lvl ai, drops Average Low lvl weapons, and Decent Energy/Engine
Low visibility weak to heat
Also drops commodity for warp Navigation 1, and commodity required to build Incinerators, and Other Space Blue ships.
Common in warp 1, and ESPECIALLY in blue outpost
