Experience Tithe

Being a Director or Councillor, having leadership 2, and a team score of 400 or more allows a leader to receive a small fraction of his/her team-mate's experience. Directors can receive twice as much experience as Councilors. The amount gained depends on the level difference between the teammate and the leaders up to a few % of the actual experience gained.
