Combat Bot Tweaking

The Combat Bot Tweaking skill adds 2% speed, thrust, and turning per level to your combat bot ships. This skill also lets your bots gain up to 30% of your class skills/imperial skills like Bot PhD does. It costs skill points equal to the desired level. Bots do not have to be docked and relaunched for this skill to take effect.
