Shadow Turtle

High level fast light fighter turtles that currently roam in only one system in northwest Earthforce space and do a deadly spinning attack. They are capturable by Fleet Commanders only if they have a capacity augmenter already equipped.
Appears to be assigned to teams after a recent Universe Reset.
