Fraternity is the second stage of the Liberty line of galaxies inhabited by the mean-spirited Wingship II Pro AI and the kind-hearted Mini Rags.

The Wingship II Pro are the source of the Ravings commodity which is required for Slave Tweaking skill, levels 16-30.

• Note: Equality and Fraternity AI are extremely hard to kill without use of slaves.
