Galactic Central Drone

The Galactic Central Drone is only visible when directly in the center of a galaxy, as shown by a galactic locator. This small drone is used as a reference point for the location of all objects in a galaxy when that galaxy is spawned. It is now unable to be hit due to a previous exploit that, upon destruction of the drone, would cause every object in the galaxy to lose their location on the server and force a crash.
