These skills, mostly created as a skill point sink for high level players, provide very small increases to a stat, with the skill cost of attaining a cetain level of the skill equal to the level desired. For example to get from Zen of Acceleration 59 to Zen of Acceleration 60, it will cost 60 skill points.
