The Admin Blocker is a unique failproof diffuser that can only be seen on administrators. It renders the user completely invincible to all types of damage.
This actually consists of 2 seperate blockers, Adum's Blocker, preventing all damage except Transference, and Atlum's Blocker, preventing Transference Damage.
