Found in Bipolar on base Black Precipice and costs 25 skill points per level, with a max of 10.

"Your attacks are painless and AIs will tend to ignore them, -1% hostility."

This makes your shots generate less hostility towards AI, a particularly good skill for Shield Monkeys.

You cannot have 1 or higher in Despicable, the polar opposite (pun intended) of subelty, which makes you generate more aggression from AI enemies.
