The Neuro-Doc is a shady 'back alley' procedure that allows brain replacement so a player can unlearn secondary skills for a refund of skill points. To use this service, a player is charged 1.000.000 credits per level with a max of 500.000.000 credits. If the neuro doc in Lyceum is used, the cash is refunded immediately after the procedure, basically making the process free. Although it's rumored that the Neuro-Doc can make a mistake and his surgical procedure could fail, it's yet to happen. Regardless, this is an extremely useful service to anyone looking for a fresh start.

The specific skills that are reset are your Trade skills , Focus and Class skills and their subskills (Speed Demon, Shield Monkey, etc.), Astral Travel, Historical Records, Control Skills, Resistance Skills, Zen skills and Neuro Tweaking.

Your skill points for the reset skills will be refunded.

Neuro-Docs can be found in Deflector, Lyceum and the Emperor's Club in Sol.
