Prismatic Convertor is used in conjunction with a radiation and usually another damage type weapon to Cap an ai ship.
The blueprint is used to make a Prismatic Convertor which can only be bought from other players or built from the blueprint.
Prismatic convertor usually Sells at around 10-20 million credits depending on the buyer, be sure to keep this in mind purchasing materials/selling, if your price is too high you won't sell, if it is too low you'll lose money.
